These are my 10 own personal tips when creating a website :)
1. Choose a good name don't just choose Ihavechuckles.com (sounds stupid doesn't it? :))
2. Don't add to much images make the site simple it doesn't have to be a gallery!
3. Choose a specific goal of the page ( e.g if you choose sport then write about sport and not music!)
4. Depending on the website/blog you can either be formal or informal mixture is a good thing to.
5. Add some content and then Advertise don't just advertise a empty website because that would just be dull.
6. Read a book/ebook on website creation.
7. Be creative don't just make very simple website ( I mean not that simple but not that packed to)
8. Make the navigation easy ( Navigation is the most important thing in the website)
9. Make the content easily acessable for example don't do restrictions on looking at a article.
